A good lvl 46 rogue gear set??

Can you list a good lvl 46 pve set.. My stats are bad and I need to buy new gear and can u tell me what I need to improve

You gear is good i prefer forager armor and amu of Brutality for more HP.
Try buy epic belt and you stats will be better.

Well, I prefer having some more potency gear. E.g. giant bow of potency, forager tunic of potency, padded cap of potency etc. Anyway, your gear is alright as is. Get the blue belt (or the mythic one, if you have the gold of course), put some gems/jewels in your current gear, and your stats will improve.

p.s. Problem with hp is that new pinks just don't give enough of it. Old gear actually gives more hp. I haven't tested in detail on rogue, but I did on mage and virtually every 46 pink combo decreases my hp compared to my 41 pink setup. So, if you think your hp is too low - either farm a bar and craft arcane ring/planar pendant (or buy ring if you have the gold), or just buy blood ruby, which is cheap af.

For starters you should add jewels to your gear. I have mostly excellent nature and weak chaos with a couple of fire gems and it's well worth it- excellent nature jewel adds 72 health (so 4 of them is nearly 300 hp!) and are pretty easy to farm or cheap to make. I think chaos jewels are bugged so even the damaged ones are providing +1 damage per jewel. I'm saving the finesse jewels I loot but it's verrry slow going when one normal fire gem gives +4 dex at lvl 46

Until I got arcane ring I was still using blood ruby- good for hp and para blood rubys are relatively cheap at the moment. And yes get a belt too- even the cheapest one is better than none
