STS take a step back and rethink your current approach to AL

Everything has been already said in many other threads, STS acknowledge that you screwed up big time and that whatever the reason for your disappointing work with AL are, if you keep it up this way, letting AL rot and decay, you will be basically laughing in the faces of all the plat spenders and hardcore farmers who have spent so much time in this game.
As avikk fittingly pointed out, two months since your last producer letter? I mean come on, how many millions have you gained from this game? What youve given in return is not even 5% of it.

This is a thread posted merely to help you realize how the community is feelig about what you are doing.

The sad thing is, i doubt they want to get back on good terms, the last couple of months have clearly shown how their losing interest in us. Pve is still unbalanced, bugs ive send to support 4 months ago are still there, a quickly drawn up gauntlet just to keep us busy, etc. etc.
