    No, event not good. If STS won't change something, then its will be one of the most bad events...
    yes, just 1 time. What STS is trying to give about unicorn food is that 1 player / partymate is the one who gets to have "free access" on the portal, the rest of the teammate pays for the portal. That is really a lame idea.
