Yeah lady is right. All the devs (red name) and Samhayne (community manager) have the power to ban I believe. However, bans are best discussed in private. Email to support or private message the devs.

All devs have the POWER to ban. Most commonly, JustG, Thade, and Samhayne ban members/players. There may be some others that often ban players, but those are the main ones I'm aware of. Bans shouldnt be discusses on forums however, as said above. They should be dealt with via supper(at)spacetimestudios.com (replace (at) with @)

and no, they will not get spam I know a trick to make the bots ignore the email adress which doesn't seem to be working.... replace the (at) with @. normally, you replace it with &64, and the bots ski it. only works in HTML, though. same html code, but bots tend to ignore it.
