Skills/Passive skills for Rogue

I'm kind of a noob at rogue, what skills do players prefer for end game PvP?

Edit: Also, do players put all of their points into dex?

Full Dex, 5/5 Aim Shot, 4/5 Nox (don't get Strengthened Shot), 3/5 Pierce (get Shadow Absorption and Rising Death), 4/5 Razor don't get Bleeding Cuts, 5/5 Medic Packs
Passives: 4/5 Armor, 5/5 Int/Str/Dex/Crit

Get rid of shadow absorption and get that extra armor passive. It throws off aiming dps since it automatically targets the closest enemy, regardless of direction.
