L.56 pvp : PURE INT VS PALLY

Today I fought a Pally from level 56. I was about to throw my computer out of window. I have no particular problem with any class except pallies.
I'm a 56 int mage with 67 dex for dex ring. I'm using a build that I used since 2013 and that works perfectly.
What bothers me most is that I can not avoid pally's freezes. They have 2 skill of ice and as soon as I heal to remove the effect of one, another occurs. This is very annoying because once the pally ices you, it just stick me and kill me in two seconds with their dps.
I do my best to kite but I have to approach a little to debuff ( Nightmare + Weakness ) , and there they begins to freeze me, get close, I use ms because i'm about to die, GF.
Do you know any tactic that I can use to avoid getting killed ? Thank you !

Stats and build: Full int, use int ring, pallies are very easy imo. Any build with both debuffs are fine, as long as you keep 1 ms and low frost storm.

Combos: Try this as combo: Frostbite, Lightning, Icestorm, Heal, Debuffs, drain, fire, heal.

Another way is to kite: Fire, Frostbite (Heal after if they hit their frost), then go in with lightning, Icestorm, heal, debuffs, drain, fire, frostbite.

*Tip* Heal only when below half, also use heal then drain after you heal off their weakness hits. The drain after the heal would make up for the hp and effects. Timing of the heal is key when vsing anything at 56 as a Mage.

That's where you went wrong.

Most Pallys are pony at 56 and can easily be beaten by a int Mage

Easiest way is to kite with fire frost then when they heal the frost nuke them hard.
