56 bird vs pally

So I always start with blind[5] and I use avian[5] when they frost. What next, eh? I spam arrows and double root + combo.
But at one point all my skills have to cool down and thats when they kill me. I suck so I need help.

Keep out of mace range, when they frost do avian repulse.

The important thing is to maintain the maximum distance from their auto. That's the advantage birds have against close quarter attackers like pallies. I would try something like blind, break armor, double root, cruel blast, reoulse, avian, run for cool down, then repeat. The important part is rooting them so they stay put and then just keep attacking them at range. Once they get unrooted, that's when you repulse and kite.
