I saw most newbies play at levels below 10.But they all soon quit cause they see how pvp is in AL (just for rich butts).

The time has come again...for me to suggest the matchmaking system again...

Go 10 or 23. Lvl 15-17 is popular but people are leaving that lvls. Wonder why o.o

This is quite funny. Endgame requires more skill because of the fact that if you mess up one thing and aren't precise it usually costs you a death. At twink levels you can just have max gear and mess up several times and not really pay the price for it.

Lvl 15 - 17 has the same population as it used to be. The only change i see is there are less 18/19 atm.
And yes, i agree their are some 'oldschool' players who moved up to 23 or endgame. But those are just a handfull.
