bird only sucks at l81 because str gears have 99589389638669373969737896539938696896589798868686 % dodge there so there all hits(especially blind) goes to waste

i have to disagree L56 yes L61 no as sang/demo is outclassed by lilith and orlok

if you have l66 angel it is quite viable very very dodgy

my personal favorites are 17,51,56

66 angel bird is strong and tanky from dodge, however with str characters and most mages it feels like you're water trying to erode a rock away slowly over tons of time.

Blind wouldn't go to waste, because it affects hit, not dodge. They are 2 seperate variables and blind is actually great because str bears generally have lower hit and if u can take 1/3 + of it then it gives you a great advantage.

It would, not only blind but everything else too, cuz it would get dodged in the first place. but king it would not take bazzolion dodge, only 100.

by side effect if u mean visual effect it happens for brk, but not the proc neither damage, may be devs didn't intended it, if so, its a bug that devs never fixed.
