Guess people in this bracket are used to block and gang. I just dont wanna a normal player like me, to come to this bracket and gets poisoned with that. Where they start thinking its normal to play gang and block. Like you.

Agreed with Mylast. I tried 15 but the crowd there isnt going to give you a good experience. We can ignore and leave only to a certain extent.
10-12 bracket the players are awesome welcoming 1 v 1 and friendly fair clashes. 13 is nice too and very exciting if you love guild wars between multiple guilds but there is some blocking going on there too but not as bad as lvl 15 yet though.

Broken in what way? I play in 10-12 bracket actively now and its lots of fun. It is quite active. I tried many brackets an this bracket players have been most enjoyable to play with. If you dont like 10-12, you can try 13 bracket or go 9. Those are active too but I think at 9 only 2 dominating guilds around.
