Level 19 Archer Needs Advice

I am a level 19 archer with 3 skill points to spare. I have put all my stats in dex to increase my dps as high as it can. I currently have Focus Lvl 5, Blast Shot Lvl 5, and Meditate Lvl 5. What skill skill should i max out next?
