What happening with STS Support?

Many people have long time sending mails and STS wont answer, also I have one week sending mails too, and still no answer, much people have arround 2 weeks. Please solve this.

me too, iam reporting people about scolding me but still nothing happen.

Well I think that they're bussy with new event updates, but an answer from Devs will be great, to let us know what's happening
