News:
+ Going back a map in Elite Gnomish Ruins now leads to Elite Cryogem Mines
+ Updated Fribbel's conversation text to indicate that the materials for crafting Orc Effigies come from Glintstone Caverns
+ Stampy is once again Tradeable and Stashable
+ The normal and elite Northal achievements now grant 100 achievement points
