Mage PvP 3 skills and shield or two skills shield heal?

I was wondering if its best to use 3 skills in tdm or just two and in clashes would 3 skils be better or will the heal and mana benefit the team more?

What lvl? Do u gave good gear? Which pet you use? I can answer you after get answers to these 3 questions.

I'd always use heal shield and heal regardless of the situation

46 I'd say decent because 4170 health 765 damage 1381 armour 16 crit

Depends on situation....... Only for vs with rogues do I not use heal though
