Google Play Error Code 18

Hi, my gf recently got this error code while trying to download AL on her Samsung Note 3. Other apps seem to be downloadable as usual so I though I'd ask here if this error is common or someone else experiences it.


Edit: Installing it as an APK file does not work either.

Think I should specify the problem. She can download the files on Google Play, but it says it could not get downloaded on USB or SD card or something. She never had this kind issue with AL before and she still has lots of free space on her device. I am a scrub on technical issues so I hope someone can help out.
