15 warrior skill build/gear?

As the title says. I'm considering making a twink but there is a large variety of gear to choose from it seems..

Vorpal sword.. Devourer... Storm sword..

So let me know what the "best" gear/build is!

as far as ring i dont really know but I guess winter star ring or maybe enchanted loop.

31-33 is almost no tt. 12-13 minimal tt and gang. Lvl 1... no tt and no gang
But however, you are right. There are almost no good people left in pvp.. and someone, who never could gang/tt you before, now starts to do it too. Becouse of everyone doing it.

Weapon: Vorpal, Goblin, and Storm sword.
Helm, and armor: anc of pot, ice scale (I prefer anc of pot couse of its mana boost.)
ring: Tarlok of pot
Amulet: Eerie of pot works well, but theres another thats a little better but forgot name :3.
As far as pets go, try Singe>toor>blinky>stanlee. Or something like that.

actually dumb is correct lol, galen proc is very easy to dodge, not to many even use it lol, if u want a good gear set choose what dumb has said
Icescale is for armor and dmg
Anc pot is for health and mana but dmg and armor is bad
and vorpal or ss are my prefered weapons

For lvl 15 war, Tarlok sucks. Takes to much armor away. :3

Sorry I miss understood you and thought you were talking about the armor. Yes Ik that tarlok of pot is a ring. I just got the pendant and ring or what ever mixed up .
