How long will King event remain in Arlor?

The King Awakens 'Event' was posted by Remi and she stated that will remain until the Blood of Arlor runs out. To me that is ambiguous and leaves me wondering two things....

1. Is this a permanent fixture in Arlor?

2. Will the King be removed and we can no longer farm the materials to craft Stampy OR the spoils we receive off the effigy dolls?

If this has been answered by a dev or mod can someone please post the thread so I can read it? I have not been able to find a definitive response. Thank you!
