Vanity face system will be amended!

I just got a shock when I bought a new vanity face and found my old face had been removed from my account.

I posted in the bug forum and was told this is apparently how the system works - buy a new face and you lose your existing face.

I mailed the developer and got a reply is about 5 mins flat saying they are going to refund my purchase and fix the system to allow us to keep our old faces!

Awesome customer service above and beyond what I expected, respect where it is due!

Eliott, you may want to be careful about posting communications and emails between you and the devs. Great news though.
