You shouldn't feel dumb for asking a question. The letters "CS" are used a ton, so it's pretty important to know.

Or you cam search the endless infinite forums but that takes skills and you just go to account register accound and then put email there

Like this says, go to account registration. Enter your e-mail. A verification message is sent to your e-mail. You log into your e-mail and verify.
