Perks for pvp

i just thought it would kinda be cool if we could all choose one perk for pvp, it would make all of us more unique and i believe would enhance the pvp experience. for example "lightweight" move slightly faster, "ghost" after three seconds of standing still you become almost invisible, until you use a skill or move etc
i know this sounds like COD but i just thought what if we could have that on PL

Then it will be unfair cause if you have ghost you can basically hide and let your opponent not notice you.

For me it sounds like another way for players to complain about unfairness and other things because they can't afford or buy these "perks". And if it came to be they would most likely make some for plat. Which leads to the same problem.

If it was made for PvE matches I could give it a chance.

hmm true but maybe they should be available for gold, but cost a ridic amount, like 1 mill each? then its possible but rare, or if not everyone should have one, but its a matter of which one they choose and not if they can afford it or not? just a suggestion, i have silly ideas haha
