"Buy Inventory Slots" bug in 1.7.2

Just a heads up, the newly located "Buy Inventory Slots" tab located below your current character inventory does not disappear or get layered behind when you pull up your loadout menu screen. Instead it stays on top and blocks some of the fourth loadout.

I am playing on a Droid X. Newly installed 1.7.2
