if i remember right he doesnt give it right away if you havent done somewhere around half the other quests.
nvm I unlocked it by just joining (but later getting kicked) an active slayer map
Just cap to 80 now no need to farm slayer, 80 maps drop expensives too, at a high scale!

2 piece you can get just from hitting 77. But yeah the shadow disguise is from doing slayer 76 times.
Do I just get a 2pc ring added to my inventory at 77? or do I have to go talk to an NPC for one?
^U have to talk to fallen prince in BSM.
REVEALS x MUTENESS x STORES
When you hit 77 you'll get the golem. Go to the fallen price and combine the 76 shield with the 77 golem and you'll get the ring.
You have to do some easy steps after reaching 77 for 2pc
1. Join Blacksmoke Mountain.
2. Wear the Lil' Goraith and Eternity Eye Shield
3. Go towards the place where there is tamed dragonet.
For more information it is after the place of the dragon ring and crafting place
4. Take to the Fallen Prince and accept the ring
5. ENJOY!
