The giveaway is that they say "you will have to make a new account to keep playing" if they ban you.

If STS bans you, they ban your device, and making another account to get around the ban is against ToS. Pretty good effort though.

I have same problem and i know why.You participated in the contest "NEKRO GIVE WAY" next you received a message "YOU WON" and this scammer ask what is you email and few min later you received an STS email
