New players mostly and people without the time to examine and test each skill themselves. But a skill build doesn't suddenly make you a good player, it just provides the basis.Originally Posted by xBLUx
Experience is mostly needed in the last maps where having a good eng/comm is all it takes to tackle any mob cluster without running back for your life five times and dying two more. Ops are basically only speeding things up, not necessary. But they do get really annoying when they can't lurch properly or forget to AP.
