    Angry From sts and players of arcane legends

    I write this because I am very angry with spacetimestudios buy 3 days ago 89.99e package for arcane legend by paypal . never received the purchase and then send spacetimestudios 10emails to tell me that my account had not founds..that is not true because I did paypal charge my account and I have all receipts to his credit . I have opened a claim with paypal spacetimestudios since I told me that they have received my money and not give me that if the platinum is because they do not want . now I expect more 7days to paypal me back my 89.99e but because of this experience will not return to buy a single dollar more on this company . thanks for your time

    Don't get upset, STS don't just let cases like this fly away. They take care of it. They are also just humans,they can forget some things or just don't have to much time. Just have some patience!

    I have sent numerous emails about my character being glitched in girls and I have not I've had a return email. If I could just have some feedback that would be great.

    My fiancé has had the same problem she has sent 3 emails regarding something different.... This does need to be fixed

    After four days they returned me the money. although admittedly I am surprised by a serious company does not receive any message of apology to this issue . After 3 years playing arcane legends and have bought more than 74000plat I feel a little disappointed with spacetime
