1. Ehhh not quite but you can farm it using the shadow exlir + combo on the mini bosses
2. No the proper hasnt come out yet, but the khafra helms will be sticking around
3. Yeah there arent any new things

I think the way we shouted "Dex helm missing" devs got a wrong massage that only only Dex helms were missing, lel, though there are 2 things, one is some rare especially helm and armor have been added, the other is - Dex helms are also proper or just scorpion type. Well after all these exposure we can draw some conclusion.
