Crafting time of each cake should be 5 minutes

Not sure... If you get all desired items in two hours, will you not be amongst those saying how boring the event was?
I collect about 10 slices per minute and I craft on 5 other toons. In fact I am not able to overload the inventory space in total, it just needs some stock management
Its fine... Just keep crafting on multiple toons....

It's better if the ingredient drops less and the require ingredient to craft is less.
Ex. From 5 to say 3.

Small cake -10mins
Medium cake -15mins
Large cake - 20mins
Grand cake - 30mins
