Is it normal?

I've noticed most bird users have low ms regen. Ive even seen high lvl bird players with 0 or 1 regen. I'm currently at lvl 18 and have low amounts of money. So constantly buying more potions is killing me. Right now I'm sitting on 2 ms regen. Still sucks. I need some help on this please

Yea as you found out birds have terrible mana regen. At lvl 55 SK set is our only way to get decent mana regen.

Lv 39, pure dex bird, shivering bow and yeti armor, scorpion helm of finese H/s is at 7 and M/s is at 5.
