Passive Skills and Pet Buff Stack

Hi guys, I am a bit confusing that certain passive skills like % in damage doesn't actually stack with % damage buff of a pet. So, my real Q is, what are the passive skills(class primary stats,critical,movespeed,etc) that can be stacked with my favored pet bonus buff..I need several clarifcation/explanation as i am about to respec my passive/active skills.

I use in all 3 chars. ( mage , war and rogue)
Might agilty knowledge. They work for sure.
Also passive crit stack.

Only agility, might, knowledge, crit and armor bonus does

Everything excluding Damage/Armor/Speed.

Passive armor will not work if the pet already has a %armor bonus however if it gives a fixed stat (example: 110armor from abaddon), then the passive will apply.
