    Exclamation ★Game Crash Log★. If you’re currently experiencing crashing/freezing, click here.

    In an attempt to help the developers get to the bottom of this issue as quick as possible. I’d like all those who are experiencing this technical issue to please go ahead by copying the template provided & describe briefly what exactly you were doing at the time.

    There a few players who don’t seem to be affected by this issue at all, if you are one of those players please go ahead and fill out the template.

    Edit: So it's been said that the recent update to Juggernaut was the cause of this issue. As the skill has been reverted, there is still unusual spike in pings being reported, both in PvE, & PvP.

    What we know so far:

    PVP:

    *The issue is happening across all platforms, IOS, Android, and PC’s.
    *Game crashes randomly on:
    -Players deaths & respawns
    *Frequent Disconnects.
    *Events leading up to a crash are a ping spike; follow by a freeze, leading to a death.
    *Upon death there is a chance the Application will;
    - Force close or freeze.
    - Browsers freezing, a reload is required.
    -Very jittery game play after a respawn along with ping spikes as shown by Zeus's game play in PvP here at the 0:49 mark.

    **Notice the abnormal spiking of his ping**




    PVE:

    *The issue is happening across all platforms, IOS, Android, and PC’s.
    *Game crashes randomly on;
    -Mobs & Bosses
    -Switching Maps
    -Player deaths
    -Player respawns Ankhs or Free.
    *Frequent Disconnects.
    *Events leading up to a crash are sometimes a ping spike; follow by a freeze. This freeze is either;
    -Application crashing.
    -Application unresponsive.
    -Client in browser is frozen, (not the whole browser) reload required.
    * Numerous player reporting unusual lag issues too.

    *Numerous player reporting unusual lag issues too both PvP & PvE

    Description: Running the tombs daily, got to boss no problems. The mage in party was disconnected, but was able to reconnect quickly, while that happened rogue was killed & disconnected, I experienced ping spike followed by death, on ankh respawn I browser froze resulting in me having to reload the page.

    Date and Time of Day: All since update for Gauntlet
    Device[ IPhone/ IPad, Android, PC]: IPhone and Andriod Tablet
    In Game Location[PvE, Town, PvP]: PvE mostly but once in Town; Have not played PvP since update.
    Difficulty [Elite, Normal]: Elite Ren'gol
    Number of Players in Map[PvP,PvE only]: PvE (3-4)
    Your players class: Rogue
    Your Level in game: 46

    Description: Running Fangs in Elite Ren'gol. Our Warrior had the problems first, usually when switching maps. This soon started happening to all members of the party, again usually when switching maps or a Respawn due to death. The problem got progressively worse as we continued until the game became unplayable for all.

    What I know so far:

    Loki has herniated disk injury

    Winter event came before date.. a lot of freezing

    Spikes are much op than jugg itself

    Connection: wifi
    Since the gauntlet event started
    Device android tabler and phone, laptop(all crashed)
    PvP mostly when I die/respawn
    PvP(5-10)
    Warrior
    Level 15
    Killing tank stackers and level 16 "pros" and getting constantly crashed on androids and frozen on laptop

    Just happened at Elite King Northal with Kings health at about 25%. Happened about 5 minutes before this post.

    PvP/Leaving PvP map

    Every time I have tried to pvp I would lag intensely and it takes numerous minutes to leave a pvp map (stuck on Loading screen).
