i plan to make twink rogue at 41.Is someone here playing this zone? ctf and tdm still active or dead zone?

Pretty sure it's kind of a "nooby" bracket since there's lots of auto leveled people and such that start playing at 41, plus there's a good amount of 42-43 players that prey on the 41s :/
