Yes that was a real dev post I saw it shortly after it was said in real time. No clue why it has not been addressed but really dissapointed.

lets hope they release in greater icy... i have hoarded 70+ :/ if they dont greater icy just had horrible gear. I'm sure im not the only one who has hoarded these anyway

Unfortunately the reality is that at this point it will probably neither be added nor be addressed.

I'd use the staff, but I guess these weapons will never exist and were a waste of design.

It'd be nice of STS would reply one way or another... I still have icy chests I'm hanging on to just in case they finally make up their minds, like the craftable brood lockeds debacle... People throw away the recipes, THEN STS decides to keep them craftable.

I just don't want to be screwed by their inability to make a decision coupled with their lack of communication to the community.
