higher than Gold cap trades

I've never done trades higher than goldcap so can someone explain it to me? This is also assuming it's all pure cash.

Some people do black drag set or they find very trustworthy people. Most of the people who have the 71 elites are pro and trustworthy. They wouldn't scam.

It's NOT against tos. What you may be mistaking is the fact that support won't help you if things go wrong with this type of trade when trust is involved in the deal. If you have to trust that something is going to happen that's on you basically.
