They should at least decrease the length of the buff because you could still have a chance if it runs out, but since it lasts so long u never do. I don't agree with you because if you nuke down a dexterity bear fast,they are easy peazy lemon squeazy to kill...
And......Mages are the best twinks in my opinion....because they have awesome AOE and they can heal themselves..
