When the game loads enchantress is in center and takes the most space, when the game loads it stays longest time in the part "waxing elf ears", when the game is downloading an update an enchantress (surprisingly) pops out and in the store there's also an enchantress.

Nice coincide. Three charactertypes, warrior, archer and enchantress, by chosen randomly it's 33% opportunity to get enchantress and 0.33^4~0.012= 1.2% opportunity if it were chosen randomly.

Besides the fact thAt the enchantress has two weapon types in-game. Wand/bracer and staff

Bears have Battle Axe, Battle Sword, Dagger, Sword, Dual Daggers.

although they do have different projectile animations, like electricity, fire, dark, swirly... meh

There are many more int. weapons that proc than there dex, so at least you have that.
