A good picture editor app for iPad for free?

If anyone knows a good picture editing app for the iPad please let me know!

I don't know if I'd call it good, but the Photoshop Mobile app has a decent number of effects, and standard stuff like crop, rotate, etc. I use it mainly because it syncs with the website, which I like.

Photoshop.com Mobile! It's what I use, and it's free! It's for the iPhone, but I'm sure the photoediting, etc. is still the same.
