Not gettin offers!

Any idea what i can do?
I really dont get any offers and end up buying plats, ive spent so much on plats id like to get plat offers aswell, ik it m8 be location problem but any idea about what to do or how to fix this?

its location based, i forget who said it, but it's not StS choice about who gets offers, so there's nothing we can do.
