Planar pendant / arcane ring

Hi guys, I just wanna know if there's like a guide to crafting these 2 items, either one. Like where to hunt the ingredients and stuffs like that. Really appreciate if there's any help.

Well for arcane ring just buy recipe and get arcane shard and dragonite bar.

For planar pendant there is a step by step guide in the planar tombs entrance area if you talk to one of the NPC's
