Cost 20. 20 sec buff. +10% dodge per rank

Level 16: Break armor
Reduce your target's armor
Cost 25. Reduce target armor -10 per rank

Level 18: Shattering Scream
Blast targets and reduces their damage!
Cost 20. -5 target damage per rank
