Cannot join pve and pvp

Guys. I need help. My on my one account I cannot access pvp and pve it just kept on the Knight running screen. But when I try other account I can access pvp and pve. What do you think is the problem? Is my account ban? I cannot access cs aswell. Items were not showned. But on my other account I can access it. I don't know why. Please help
