The spec of your twink (str, dex, or int if you have a preference, if not, we can try to help you with deciding on one): Bear = Str , Bird: Dex
The gear you have/maximum gold/plat you're willing to spend on your twink: No gear, like barely any gold, and I can buy quite a bit of plat in a few days.
If your twink is going to be mainly PvP, or PvE: PvP
