It seems that you have not ever emailed nativex, they never respond, & you never get anything from emailing, so i suggest that that is not the best solution. Also the platinum offers i think are to be fixed by 2016.

This is the best solution, and they reply very actively. What this image shows is they are crediting my missing platium. It seems like you don't know what youre talking about.
