This is just an idea but what if you could buy a lottery ticket with 10k and if pl were giving away 500 plat every month i think that would make the game better.

A lottery is a form of gambling, so it wouldn't be in STS' best interests..
If you remove the 10k or the fee though, that would remove the gambling aspect. Much like a "free" lottery, I believe Apollo held a very successful one a few weeks or months back.
