Elite Nordr ice patch freezes forever

Elite Nordr ice patches freeze nonstop unless cancelled by pet AA. It wasn't like this before. Intended or a bug?

You can use Ironbite AA to unfreeze, Silver's too, and I think Misty as well. And if you're a rogue, activate razor shield to avoid getting iced. If mage, put on shield. The problem I think is that at the levels players start entering Nordr they don't have enough skills points to choose and upgrade both of these defensive skills.

I think this freeze is happening in all nordr maps. I have noticed it in the spiders/wolves quest of stronghold currently.
