    Smile Idea to add status

Would it be possible to include status' for players underneath their names in friend list?

I.e. It could be used in a useful or a fun way:

    • "Power Levelling - please help!"
    • "Hanging with friends in Balefort"
    • "Trading potions in Forest Haven with Ellie"
    • "Chilling"
    • "Smashing up Balefort Sewers, a pink will come!"
    • "B) Sewer Leathers 300K for a friend :-)"
    • "Running a competition"
    • "Doing keeper totem runs - if you join, dont bail out last minute!"
    • "Bored! Help!"

Just a few examples of how it could be used to let people in your friends list see what your up to and join you.

Then I began to think it could be a good idea to include these player status' in the Join Game Room views too, with the status displaying of the player who is hosting the game. That way you could join games which are relevant to you.

For example I'm playing with my mage and trying to do totems (If anyone wants to help me let me know!) Currently:
    • I search for a game I think may be a totem run
    • Join
    • Enter say hi
    • Ask if its totem run
    • Then if its not I have to start over (75% of the time) until I find a good group

When I host a game a lot of players who join ignore me when I ask if they are doing xp or totems, and most lie and vanish at the point of keeper.

If the feature was in place I could post a player status "Doing keeper runs totems, please help!" And then host a game

The above is just an example but I think a feature like having player status' could be really useful and might be used in all kinds of situations in the game to improve player experiences.

If anyone else has ideas for how they could use this feature please post!

This reminds me of a suggestion that was made a couple of days ago. Someone suggested to be able to name the hosted games, which seems almost the same as is suggested here.

Anyway, if I remember it correctly, it didn't seem like a very good idea because of probable abuse of that feature. Like people making obscene-named rooms or use names to sell stuff...

And for all doubters of my rockstar status:

I love this idea, and I've read few others that wer similar to this. There are two ways to solve the offensive language;1. Make it easier to report people on the game list and or2. Have a preset status list, afk, leveling, question, etc etc.

Sad though, surely to improve gaming experience is a good thing, and if players expoit the gaming experience and abuse gaming features then they should be banned lol seems a shame to not make a feature like this possible because of others abusing it. Get rid! lol

    Hey buddy
I haven't been around lately, because I've been very busy with work and other boring (but necessary) stuff. I figured now would be a good time to get all chores done, before the new level cap is released I'll hop on from time to time though
