Skill Hit Percentage -- No Cap

First, just putting this out there, it was buried in this thread and I'm not sure people saw it.

a 'y' is a hit, a 'n' is a miss

Short version: get as high of a hit percentage as you can, only auto attacks are capped at 85%, skills are capped at 100, but when you're debuffed you need anything you can get.

I doubt it's different for pvp, although if I have time I'll edit that in. I've PM'd Phys to have him put this in his guide where he talks about the 85% hit cap, but until then this should work.

My fingers are sore... phones are not good for this sorta thing

When they dodged I counted it as a hit for me. Dodge roll doesn't start unless I hit.

very nice job. I didnt know that the cap applies to auto only. And yes dodge should count as a hit. Amazing!

How old was this? I believe devs said somewhere that skills have their own hit and it's no longer 100 guaranteed

Link? These were done this morning... was wonder if it was auto or single target that had the cap so I did both.

This is great info IMO. I, for one, was never sure if the 85% was only for auto-attack or also skills. To be honest, I thought skill hit% was capped too, so I'm happy to finally see someone who tested this
