Proc on Ren'gol legendary mage gun?

Do you know what stats the gun gives you on proc? It doesn't say anything, just that it's found ln ren gol crates

New legendary weapons
Bows , daggers , guns , staff, bulwark and swords from rengol lockeds( expansion ) don't have any proc.
