Question about Kraag Tombs.

I am currently level 14, and i've heard that Kraag Tombs is a good way to level up, but when I go to the entrance it just says some weird stuff and the only option for me is to leave, i tried from I-IV same thing.
Is it because of my level?
Is it some quest I didn't do?
If it is because of my level, where's the best place to level until I reach the required level for KT?

I think you need to see an NPC by the fountain in Kraag across from the auction spots. His name is Krobox if I'm not mistaken. He gives the starting quest for KT.

lol sorry i couldn't help you but I didn't even know how I got quest for kt

I did both Krag and watch tombs and found watch tombs to be much faster...

yeah maybe but i feel like wt is harder than kt
