need help on 66 bear!

okay, so i recently just got into higher level pvp, before i played alot of lv15 and 30. not to boast or anything but i was quite good and at 15 & 30. My kdr now is 1000-400. just today i reached lv66 on my bear. i have no idea on what gear to use and i dont have a build. Can someone please help me and tell me: 1. what is good gear to use on a half dex half str bear, 2. a good build, and 3. how much money it will cost for the items. Please help me because i dont want to ruin my 1000-400 kdr.

Kdr is just a ratio, these numbers dont represent anything

Use level 66 humanian 4pc set if you don't have angel ~ build should look something like this

9 rage, IB, evasion, HS
8 cb
1 CS
1VS
7 taunt
4 beckon
5 stomp
3 sms

Feel free to take points off taunt and put on SMS if it's preferred

In bear fights you have 70% chance of winning if you HS them and you dodge HS, so remember dat 12m

With mages it's about knowing dynamic between HS and heal especially with the tough angel mages, they usually heal after HS so you can wait for that then spam slashes, or if you want to keep them lowdmg/stunned HS after they heal, also don't be afraid to stomp SMS them away if you need some regen

Vs birds HS cs cb sms stomp if beckon hits, if not either run until it's cooled down or try stun them with HS+stomp then get in and slashes (if they hit blind you're kind of f**ked
