The big luck hat? Those come around st.patricks day. STS probably won't update it to get those just like they didn't have a winter fest this year. So from what I'm thinking they won't add the hat his year. You'll probably have to ask Seo.

Big luck pops up in the deal of the day cycle, the others ones are a thing of the past.

Edit- searched;

Big luck is available the 4th of every month in deal of the day. Since dotd is on christmas rotation, i dont know if big luck will still be there though. Just check on february the 4th and you will have the answer.
